How to buy
Select the item(s) you wish to purchase by clicking the ADD TO BASKET button on the item page. When you are ready to complete your purchase click on the shopping bag icon top right and follow the instructions. Once payment is received you will get an email confirmation from us and we will ship your item(s) within 3 to 5 working days. We will let you know when your shipment has been sent.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we have already posted the item you will need to follow the instructions for returns below.
Orders are sent with Royal Mail or UPS and typically take 3 - 7 working days to arrive. Shipping to UK addresses is free of charge.
Currently we only ship to continental Europe. Orders are sent with Royal Mail or UPS and usually take between 5 - 14 days to arrive.
Typically, the cost of shipping a lamp is £20.00. The cost for shipping a bowl or pinch pot is £10.00. Up to 4 bowls in one shipment will cost £10.00. Shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of the basket at checkout.
Customers may be required to pay customs fees/taxes on receipt of your order anywhere outside of the United Kingdom. Please be aware that payment of these duties is the customer’s responsibility. There could be a delay while the item is held in customs.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but if you've changed your mind about keeping it, please return it in its original condition and using the original packaging and we'll exchange it or issue a refund. You have 14 days from receipt of your purchase in which to do this. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to arrange for a returns label and instructions. The cost of return postage will be borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the item(s) in unused and in fully saleable condition a refund will be issued.

We care about our planet and endeavour to use packaging made from recycled products wherever possible and we encourage customers to reuse or recycle as much as they can.
